The Online Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing cutting edge, high quality and financially smart online marketing campaigns. The individual has overall responsibility for online campaign management and digital media planning.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, execute and control effective online marketing campaigns by using all relevant channels
Work with media and advertising agencies as well as networks to optimise campaign ROI
Develop and execute successful performance marketing campaigns with high emphasis on ROI metrics
Build up and manage an international affiliate and media partner network
Work closely with brand and product management to develop integrated marketing activities
Develop strategies to acquire high-quality users by keeping user acquisition costs within budget
Provide analysis and campaign reportings to senior management
Create and execute customer retention tools together with community management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in online marketing and digital entertainment
Specialist understanding of digital marketing channels including online, web production and social
Knowledge of online games mechanics with an emphasis on free-to-play business models
Demonstrable creative and strategic thinking
Understanding of the marketing mix
Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis to projects / workflow and then act on it
Good communication, collaboration and presentation skills required
Self-motivated individual
Attention to detail and keen ownership of projects
A desire to deliver high quality work and achieve
Passionate about digital, entertainment and new technology
