Co founder sought for Dropbox-style tool for the corporate world 
at (startup) in Tech City / Silicon Roundabout
I'm looking for a technical co-founder for a business aimed at revolutionising the way lawyers manage corporate transactions. Essentially it is a could storage tool designed for a very specific purpose and for which no product currently exists.
This is a fantastic opportunity:
- Online/software tools for lawyers are generally poorly designed and do not understand the needs of their users, and in any event there is no currently existing tool of this type
- The solution we will build solves a defined problem (or three or four), for people with deep pockets
- The opportunity caters to a global market
- Initial market research suggests there would be strong demand for the product
I'm a Cambridge University graduate and have been a lawyer for a number of years so I bring the product insight and contacts within the industry.
I am looking for a technical co-founder to first build a simple prototype to act as a proof of concept with potential clients and investors to then build out the product to its full potential.
I am told the skillsets I need are as follows (and I am aware that finding this in one person may not be likely/realistic):
- Front and backend development experience (the backend development might only be needed at the later stage once investment is obtained)
- Strong experience of MySQL, PHP, JQuery and JavaScript
- Experience working with MVC frameworks
- Experience with Unix Security also valuable
