We are looking for a Localisation Manager who is passionate about delivering a high-quality local experience for our games. You will take the lead and responsibility in making sure that the company is strong in local markets – that it walks and talks the local language.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the processes and resources for localising game content to ensuring success in the respective languages and territories
Initiate localisation and translation efforts for products, including website, email communication, marketing materials etc
Take ownership of all localisation projects
Liaise with your counterparts for products, marketing and development to ensure smooth release cycles.
Prioritisation of numerous and diverse tasks and projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong project management skills
Bachelor's degree required - ideal subjects of study: language, localisation or translation, computer science
Understanding of local market requirements
Experience in localisation tools, processes and content management
A passion for language, high energy and positive attitude
Excellent written communication skills
Proficient in English and German, additional language skills are a plus
Experience in web and desktop applications is a plus
Strong international background and experience from different cultures is a major advantage
