Digital Producer (Social Media)
at Softwind Studio in Tech City / Silicon Roundabout
Softwind Studio is a digital agency based in central London, with a reputation for creating fantastic work in social media spaces - managing and developing applications for some of the UK’s biggest Facebook pages (over 10 million fans) and working with well known, international brands.
Softwind is looking for a talented and creative digital producer to help in a variety of capacities. As this is a small start-up company, this role will be exposed to a wealth of various skillset areas, including digital production, social media, mobile and marketing & comms.
Based in Farringdon, you will be joining Softwind Studio’s team in producing and distributing cutting edge social media applications for brands like Top Gear, Doctor Who and Frozen Planet, TalkSport and more.
You will be handling the full project lifecycle on digital projects covering requirement gathering to budgetary control and workflow management. As a vital member of the team, the Digital Producer will play a key part in the overall success and smooth delivery of exciting digital projects. In more detail your duties will include the following:
• To interpret the clients brief and translate this into a set of clearly defined deliverables including comprehensive documentation (project schedules etc).
• To define the scope and timings of projects.
• To constantly seek out new ways to enhance and add value to any proposed digital concepts.
• To manage internal and external team resources.
• To ensure that creative and technical quality is upheld throughout the project management process.
• To work closely with in-house and out of house developers.
Responsible for putting together engaging digital campaigns and collateral it is essential you have previous background delivering online advertising, digital marketing, Facebook API, and web projects either in an agency or client side capacity within the marketing communications sector.
Ultimately your CV should demonstrate: The ability to work well with clients and with in-house teams; a strong understanding of the project management process and an in-depth knowledge of the web.
