Video editor and/or animator

We're looking for someone who can work freelance on an 'as-needed' basis to take ownership of editing some basic 'talking head' type videos. We'll be producing an average of 1 or 2 a week when ramped up, each between 5- 10 mins long.
The successful applicant will be responsible for taking the source video files, editing out the bad stuff and producing a video of the good stuff. We'll also need some on-screen animation (text and graphics) at various stages in the videos to emphasis / illustrate key points.
Ideally we'd like to find one talented individual that can do both the editing and the animation. However, if you can only do one or the other, still apply as we may well end up splitting this between two people.
The arrangement will be freelance initially, but if everything goes well then this absolutely could lead to a part-time or full-time role.
