Part of Altus Analytics, Voyanta is a revolutionary software platform that gives real estate investors and lenders effective tools to capture, validate and analyse commercial real estate information.

Built on Amazon AWS cloud infrastructure, using Agile processes, Java, PHP and JavaScript on primarily Linux platforms with extensive reporting and dashboards; the system combines carefully crafted advanced user experience with in depth data modelling and manipulation, and advanced business information and data analysis tools.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who wants to step up into the day-to-day excitement of hands on technology product management. Someone who wants to own the design functionality of proposed solutions.

We need a Technical Product Manager who can collaborate within and across teams. From senior leadership and senior Product Managers to the Release Manager and the Developers and from Sales to clients. Someone who wants to touch and directly impact everything product-related. A puzzle solver, a mentor for our BAs, a right-arm to the Product Manager, a tactical roadmap leader, and a sprint coordinator.

We want a Technical Product Manager who wants to focus on solving complex CRE business problems for our clients, building relationships with ongoing outreach and involvement. Someone who is excited to work for a company where something new is released every week. This is not a stale product but one that is constantly enhancing. And this is a new role that bridges data management and BI. The possibilities are huge.

Here’s what our Technical Product Manager will do:

  • Create the short-term tactical roadmap. Alongside the Product Manager you will prioritize new features and builds over a 4-6 week timeframe.
  • Build a puzzle and then break it down into pieces. You will take the business needs of our clients and design what the solution might look like.
  • Manage the team. You will be manage a team of BAs, providing day-to-day guidance, domain expertise and career support
  • Own the functionality. You will brief the BAs on your design, review their specs, and sign-off on the features.
  • Oversee the sprint. You will meticulously follow up with BAs, Developers and QA to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate. You will work side-by-side with the Release Manager to ensure matching priorities and timelines. You will Measure the KPIs and resulting effects on the roadmap and release plan
  • Analyze and report. You will provide reports to senior leadership, working closely with the Product Manager.

  • A communicator. You are confident, well spoken and you enjoy making presentations. Your written skills are equally impressive.
