We are looking for an Account Manager who is keen on playing a key role in an exciting technology company. Our clients are amongst the largest in the pharmaceutical sector. Our digital products are highly innovative and creative. From Day One you will have strong client relationships and play a hands on role in the day-to-day management of accounts. Your bonus will be tied to how you grow and develop those accounts. You will be servicing the SLAs for all their digital solutions which includes expanding the sites and updating content.
You will be working closely with our software teams to ensure they have clear instructions for their assignments. You will be expected to manage some of the smaller projects from the brief stage all the way through to production and you will also manage the finances for ongoing support and maintenance contracts.
