The Gateway is hiring

Brilliant web developer

You will be working for The Gateway as Brilliant web developer

We’re on the search for talented web developers to join our energetic and highly motivated team. For the right person the role is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of our business – embracing enormous responsibility and shaping the future of The Gateway’s online output.

About you
You’re an all-rounder: just as comfortable engineering PHP objects as you are sculpting masterpieces with standards based HTML5/CSS. You’ve got a few cross-browser compatibility tricks up your sleeve too. You’re not scared by IE6, and you laugh in the face of mulit-touch mobile devices. And forget sliced bread, you consider jQuery one of mankind’s best ideas.

You’re always experimenting with new technologies and you’ve probably got a load of dazzling projects you can’t wait to show us. Maybe you’ve got professional experience and a relevant degree, or maybe you’re a self-taught whiz-kid – either way, we’re dying to hear from you.

How to apply
Email us at i-am-your-next-web-developer@thegatewayonline.com straight away. Give us three reasons why we’d be mad not to hire you, a basic CV, and as many links as possible to examples of your work. If you’re brilliant enough, we’ll be speaking to you soon.
