Event Organiser

You will be working for The Village Hall as Event Organiser

Main responsibilities:

Coordinating and organising events at The Village Hall

Responding to email and phone enquires, creating quotes, booking dates

Conducting viewings and discovering clients needs

Ordering supplies, ordering catering and any additional requirements

Making sure call sheets and running details are passed on to the Venue Manager

Tracking finances effectively with the Business Operations Manager

Networking with prospective clients at events

This is a full-time role for an immediate start.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience in a customer-facing role

Familiar with Wordpress, Eventbrite and Google Calendar

Proficient in MS Office

Proficient with social media

Familiar with CRM software

Details oriented

Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship and technology

Motivated, resourceful and results oriented

Strong time-management skills

Great communicator with excellent English language skills
