Founded in 2012, we already operate in four countries and we are gearing up for significant expansion. An easy-to-use, straightforward interface combined with plenty of integrations and reasonable pricing makes Teamleader an excellent solution.

We offer an exciting job in an energetic and expanding team, on a brand new location in Ghent with great cooking from our very own chef. You get to join our team of growth hackers and will convince our first prospects in the UK to work with our tool. We like to believe our company culture is quite unique. What makes Teamleader so special? Discover it on our site and in real-life. We are looking for adventurous, hands-on entrepreneurs to be part of our international expansion project with the focus on exploring new markets in Europe. You will kick-off this project on the 1st of April 2016 for 3 months and we will see what the future brings. We foresee in sleeping facilities in Ghent, a bike to get everywhere in the city and food from our chef.

This is your responsibility

  • You qualify inbound leads who are looking for software for CRM, project management and/or invoicing and look for solutions to their (implicit) problems
  • You schedule meetings with qualified leads
  • You convincingly present our tool in short virtual demonstrations to qualified leads and refuse any objections they might have
  • You look for valuable testusers in the UK and act as their contact person
  • You thoroughly analyze the UK market potential
  • You assist with a variety of tasks. As a fast-growing young team, we're constantly helping each other to make Teamleader a success!

This is who you are

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you're always thinking commercially
  • You are a social person, a gifted speaker and your enthusiasm is contagious
  • You have a feeling for all things digital and firmly believe in the future of cloud-based applications
  • Taking pride in your work is very important to you: your advice is crucial to make businesses work more efficiently
  • You enjoy phone calls and are enthusiastic about trying to understand the needs and wants of potential customers
  • You get satisfaction out of helping your leads and closing deals
  • You have at least 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in an SaaS context
  • You are fluent in English(mothertongue) 
  • Experience in working with CRM/ERP is a nice bonus
