About the role:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Systems Analyst/Product Manager to gather and define IT requirements as well as analyse existing systems for possible improvements. You will act as a bridge between the development team and the business, ensuring that all systems work efficiently and are functional at all times. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and implementing software, as well as liaising with software vendors. You will report on all aspects of our systems/product development to the executive team.

You will be expected to lead by example, and promote best practices within the team.

You will have experience in systems analysis and/or product management with hands-on day-to-day involvement. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a start-up environment and be excited by the challenge that it creates. You will help executing our company’s vision and strategy as well as improve the processes that drive our business.

  • Analysing system requirements to create functional specifications for product/system improvements;

  • Liaising with development teams on product/systems development and agreeing timescales;

  • Test product-level functionality and new releases. Identify and communicate areas for improvement;

  • Configure system settings and options, and execute client systems testing.

Experience and skills:

  • Experience in product management or systems analysis is essential;

  • Strong structured systems analysis and modelling skills;

  • Previous experience with APIs is desirable;

  • Previous experience with dispatch systems, e-com order management systems is a bonus;

  • Exceptional organisational skills;

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non- technical personnel at all levels, internally and externally;

  • Strong ability to quickly and efficiently resolve issues;

  • Can-do attitude.
