Digital Marketer / Acquisition Manager

You will be working for SAM Labs Ltd as Digital Marketer / Acquisition Manager

SAM Labs is looking for an exceptional Digital Marketer / Acquisition Manager to work with the Head of Sales & Marketing, to drive rapid online growth in this booming industry.

SAM Labs is an award-winning Internet of Things toolkit and one of London’s fastest growing tech startups. SAM Labs is part of Tech City Upscale, Pitch@Palace, TED. SAM is revolutionising and democratising Education, Fast prototyping, Interaction Design, Tangible Interfaces, and the way people think about technology.

You will focus on leveraging and expanding our digital presence as a key driver of global growth through building a strong acquisition strategy and optimising conversions on our website.

You will be results-driven, KPI obsessed marketer prepared to accelerate our digital marketing strategy. You are passionate about the stats and get your kicks from creating digital strategies that actually work, and we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels (social media, adwords, banners, etc.)
  • Consistently improving core KPIs for our online strategy with a focus on testing and maximising ROI
  • Providing in-depth analysis of digital marketing and website statistics and detailed actionable recommendations
  • Understanding our brand style/voice, translating and expressing it through copy-writing and visual media
  • Delivering inspirational content developed in collaboration with the marketing and design teams

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in Online Marketing, preferably within a high-growth startup
  • A degree in Marketing, business or communication
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn
  • An ear for language and an eye for detail
  • A good sense of humour

We work pretty hard and your thoughts and ideas are likely to be challenged by everyone in the team, including Durrell in design, Kevin in software, Cyrille in operations, and Joachim in execution. At the same time, Chiara will try to get people to do sports,
Tim will make sure you can have a go at board games and Giulio & Nikolaj will give us plenty of new music to listen to.

Team/Dept: Sales & Marketing Team under the Head of Sales & Marketing

Salary/package: £40,000 -45,000 p/a
