An experienced and analytical Head of Marketing is required to take ownership of the marketing function at the innovative social media startup Reach7.

As the Head of Marketing you will drive forward user growth and customer acquisition through streamlining all marketing and social media channels.
Key Responsibilities for the Head of Marketing :
· Managing the entire marketing function
·Creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns, email and partnership marketing
·Developing, managing and analysing all marketing activity
·Managing the marketing budget
·Liaising with current partners and identifying new ones
Skills and Attributes:
·At least 3 years’ digital marketing experience ( a background within a high-growth start-up environment ideal, although not essential. )
·Excellent experience with Google Adwords, Twitter and Facebook as an advertising channel
·Strong ability managing budgets and building relationships with external sources and partners
. An understanding of user experience platforms such as Intercom, Mixpanel or Kissmetrics an advantage
·Strong communication and analytical skills with an eye for detail
