Business development manager
Midlands based mobile phone Accessories Company requires Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building long term business relationships with new and existing clients, identify trends and business opportunities in order to maximize business growth, develop account strategies to increase sales volume and turnover, providing management with feedback.
-Excellent communication, analytical, and management skills
-Be well organised, able to manage customer interactions in a structured and time effective manner
-Ability to travel locally, nationally, and internationally
-Knowledge of mobile phone sector
-Must be self-motivated in order to complete assigned tasks and goals
-Be up to date with mobile phone industry and market changes and trends
-Assist the management and the senior staff in shaping up the overall business strategy.
- Recruit and train the employees to promote business according to the client’s requirements and support the establishment to generate more business.
. Other duties include attending industry workshops, trade shows and seminars, create business plans and strategy, and promote and sell the company's services within the specific market sector. The ideal candidate will be Master’s Degree educated or equivalent and possess significantexperience in sales or marketing. Good communication and negotiation skills.
