RESPONSIBILITIES: | You will be responsible for the global strategic performance of the brand from a digital perspective, and will be working closely with the business owners | You will answer for the quality of service, quality of content creation and strategic direction of technology at NJAL | You will be responsible for development and constant evolution of the site and will maximise sales by driving
customer growth, converting visitors to purchasers and increasing AOV | As Head of Digital you will be expected to be the lead contributor to the E-commerce & Online function strategy, by
developing, managing and delivering a wide range of digital activities and initiatives | Create and execute a digital roadmap across new territories, increasing the shopping experience for the consumer
while meeting online targets | Assume responsibility as Project Manager for all new online initiatives | Develop, implement and enhance the global ecommerce strategy with P&L accountability. Hit the ground running
from day one, driving the development of sales | Manage content creation, edits and revision in line with seasonal stories, ensuring delivery of content that is current,
inspirational and engaging | Ensure that an engaging customer and user experience is delivered online with complete autonomy in this area | Oversee and evaluate marketing initiatives, develop plans in-line with the company’s overall mission statement to
support emerging designers, as well as selling products and services online. Identify and make trade decisions in line with NJAL’s financial goals

REQUIREMENTS: | Proven track record heading up a digital team, proven experience of driving the strategic direction and growing an online/ecommerce business. The ideal candidate would have come from a premium/luxury retail background | Broad knowledge of technologies and components, and ability to discuss technical choices with engineers | Strong background in open source technologies and Internet marketing, social media and advertising | Strong management, problem solving and organisational skills | Excellent communicator at all levels | Customer focused, energetic and pragmatic decision maker | Strong attention to detail and accuracy | Mix of intelligence, integrity, domain knowledge, communication skills and diplomacy | Creative, solution-driven thinker
