You will be working for Monkfeet as Marketing Manager
We find great teachers on core topics for building a business and put on practical classes and events for early-stage entrepreneurs.
We are launching a new web platform, strengthening the team and investing in marketing to build the next stage of growth.
We are looking for a driven marketing manager with solid experience of digital marketing and analytics.
We are particularly interested in people who are now looking to join a small team where their experience could lead to a leadership role faster and/or people who have held internships in marketing/digital marketing, have the technical skills and are now looking for an opportunity for further responsibility and leadership in a permanent role.
You would lead or develop any and all of the areas below and you will be given as much responsibility as you can work with:
Developing and managing the customer funnel
Identifying relevant audiences
Developing ideas and strategies for addressing/connecting with identified audiences
Creating partnerships proposals and promotions/benefits/prizes/other
Managing content development (both sourcing and creating content)
Managing weekly newsletter
Building and managing Monkfeet community through social media and events
Using full digital marketing toolset
Measuring, managing and reporting performance on the various activities/channels
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, campaign management, advertising and/or media planning
Ability and motivation to write/blog and develop social media profile (esp Twitter) a big plus
Very organised and independent
Ability to research thoroughly
Ability to operate at any level and in any role if needed - go beyond the job description
Ability to learn fast and work hard
Attention to detail
£24,000 annually to start with
