Mind Candy is looking for an experienced Manager, User Acquisition for its London HQ. The ideal candidate has thorough knowledge of the mobile acquisition landscape (Facebook PMDs, networks, ad trends, buying models like CPI, CPC, CPCV, CPM etc.) and experience managing large budgets and working directly across multiple media partners and mobile agencies.
As a tech start up, our teams move rapidly and so will you. Heading up everything related to user acquisition, you will build the high level strategy for these efforts and execute plans all the way from implementation and optimization to reporting the results to key company stakeholders like product managers and senior management.
Within these efforts you will be tasked with developing and executing user acquisition strategies across Mind Candy’s portfolio of apps, in particular World of Warriors and PopJam, on both iOS and Android. This will include launching the apps into new territories and identifying channels and platforms to acquire users from at scale and with positive ROI.
Working closely with product managers and business analysts you will identify core markets, player performance, growth objectives and work with in-house designers to create engaging creatives for video, banner, interstitial and native ads.
You will build A/B test plans for creatives and demographics and have the ability to understand and make sense of large data sets and draw relevant and meaningful insights. Based on this you will build models to forecast game growth against spending constraints and market trends.
Additional to being the main contact for all potential user acquisition partners you will also look at alternative monetization solutions for our games.
3-5 years of experience in user acquisition role
Experience with data analytics and campaign optimization (e.g. LTV, ROI, etc)
Experience with Facebook mobile Marketing is a must
Experience with Freemium / Free-to-Play business model
Advanced Excel skills
Passion for mobile gaming – with deep knowledge of acquisition, retention and monetization strategies.
Knowledge of SQL,Tableau, AD-X an other 3rd party analytics and tracking tools.
Knowledge of ASO
Experience working with an ad mediation partner is a plus.
