Customer support technical role providing help and troubleshooting both remotely and onsite to clients located around London and (occasionally) beyond. Good all around technical skills with a focus on Microsoft products and services. We are focussed on MS Office 365 and, increasingly, Azure. Above all you will need excellent communication skills and be keen to become a key member of a small five person team running a rapidly growing company.
