IT Service Desk Technician

You will be working for Macnamara ICT Ltd as IT Service Desk Technician

Customer support technical role providing help and troubleshooting both remotely and onsite to clients located around London and (occasionally) beyond. Good all around technical skills with a focus on Microsoft products and services. We are focussed on MS Office 365 and, increasingly, Azure. Above all you will need excellent communication skills and be keen to become a key member of a small five person team running a rapidly growing company.

Macnamara ICT Ltd has been around for 12 years. We provide IT support and information security for clients with up to about 100 users and are currently growing at a rate of one or two new clients per month.
