KweekWeek is the first multi-platform service connecting event organisers and attendees in a one stop shop, comprising promotion, ticketing, updates and recommendations.

The platform allows organisers of all kinds of events create free customisable landing pages for upcoming events, open and manage ticket sales through a real-time dashboard and easily create a calendar of repeat events.

Attendees can follow their favourite hosts and receive recommendations of new events based on history, personal preferences and social cues - so that relevant events always find an audience.

Launched in December 2012 and based in London, KweekWeek has already sold 100,000+ tickets by powering more than 10,000 events in London as diverse as music festivals, comedy shows, cookery classes, art exhibitions and much more. The platform is accessible via Web or through iOS & Android apps.

We are building a best-in-class sales organization comprised of motivated and talented individuals. We're looking for start-up oriented candidates to bring their energy, creativity, problem solving skills, excellent communication and competitive drive to the team. Our aim is to revolutionise the events industry globally.

Responsabilities

  • Develop relationships with UK event organisers (including festivals, conferences, classes, exhibitions etc...)
  • Engage with leads to help prospective clients learn more about KweekWeek’s products
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (online marketing and phone calls) to agreed targets and with specific timescales
  • Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to KweekWeek's user base
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  • Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills

You Bring:

  • BA/BS from a leading academic institution
  • Exceptional aptitude for successfully driving ambitious business development activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An analytical mind-set and a creative spirit
  • A can-do and agile attitude necessary to thrive in a start-up environment
  • A passion for/knowledge of the event industry

  • A Gradudate or in your Final Year from a leading academic institution. Our objective is to select the best interns and offer full-time jobs at the end of the internship
  • Love events KweekWeek is aiming to revolutionise how urban dwellers discover event & activities, we therefore need every person joining us to love finding out about the latest thing happening in town and offering it to our growing user base.
  • Excellent Communication You have impeccable speaking and writing abilities and can get your point across clearly and concisely.
  • Technical and Online Media savvy Being able to adapt to using different organisation & promotional tools - google docs & ads, twitter, instagram...
