Account Manager - EMEA

You will be working for Intent Media as Account Manager - EMEA

We need a world-class Account Manager, based in London, to join Intent Media’s advertiser services team and the founding team in Europe.

The advertising services team leads all client relationships and revenue with the largest and most strategic travel advertisers in Europe. The Account Manager will support our growing portfolio of accounts as both an analytical advisor and trusted business partner in order to drive exceptional results for our clients.

About you

  • 3-5 years in online performance marketing - at a leading search engine, comparison shopping engine, SEM/digital agency, ad network or retargeting company
  • Deep knowledge of search marketing and/or auction-based display advertising
  • Proven experience in account services and management with large advertising clients across multiple markets & countries
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous tasks for multiple clients while simultaneously driving improvements to account management workflow
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and other spreadsheet applications to analyze data and produce reports for advertisers (i.e. pivot tables are your friend)
  • Exceptional writing and communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a top-tier university

What you will do

  • Build strong relationships with our large advertiser accounts (including many of the world’s leading travel companies) across key European markets, including the UK, France, and Germany.
  • Manage and optimize advertiser campaigns on Intent Media’s pay-per-click ad platform
  • Proactively deliver detailed performance analyses and recommendations to ensure campaigns meet the advertisers’ performance objectives
  • Pitch unmet opportunities to our top advertisers based on data-driven insights using sophisticated campaign analyses
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to increase the efficiency of account management workflow
