This is a remarkable opportunity to play a key role in driving the success of two of our divisions operating in very different sectors but both of which are at the leading edge of cultural change.

The first is in our Arts division, where our IAI (Institute of Art and Ideas) team are breaking ground originating and developing big new ideas and conveying them to the wider public through events, festivals and our educational media platform, iai.tv, that the Guardian has described as 'Europe's answer to TED'. The IAI is based in London close to Silicon Roundabout.

The second is in our leisure division, Quarter, which owns and runs hotels, bars, restaurants, work spaces, and events, in Bristol. Your role will be to help a new startup within the division deliver its potential to be a major player in a new and rapidly developing sector.

In both sectors you will provide the strategic and creative vision, along with the detailed tactical knowledge, to help a small dynamic team of exceptionally talented individuals deliver cutting edge digital campaigns, and exponential website traffic.

The successful applicant will need to show expertise in driving traffic to sites and making conversions on those sites. This will involve a detailed understanding of social media and content distribution as well as web analytics, web content and design. You will also be able to demonstrate expert writing skills and knowledge of more traditional forms of marketing including press, and hard copy promotional material. Start up experience would be an advantage.

We are looking for candidates who will be excited by the potential of this role and the talent to be able to deliver. For the right candidate there is a huge opportunity for the role to develop not only within these divisions but across TVF Media as a whole. All candidates will therefore need to be able to demonstrate a strong academic background with at least a 2.1 from a leading university along with 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing and communications.
