Ingresso Group is looking for a sharp, pro-active, motivated and resourceful e-commerce manager to join its fast-growing ticket technology division and as part of the senior team take responsibility for increasing distribution channels to some of world’s top entertainment and leisure brands.
This is a pivotal role. You’ll be central to our aggressive expansion strategy and will work closely with the Managing Director to ensure targets and business objectives are met. In addition, the right candidate will have the opportunity to make the role their own, grow with the company, and to contribute to future strategies and the overall success of the group.
We want you to: build, develop, and maintain distribution and affiliate programmes for a unique entertainment proposition; as well oversee digital marketing requirements such as SEO, email marketing, PPC, Website Listings, Social Media, agency management etc.
We want you to: create and lead new business pitches; develop new solutions for partners and suppliers; establish new networks through industry events; develop distinct, niche distribution strategies for new and existing clients; negotiate terms and contracts; maximise sales for clients.
To land this role you’ll have to be: commercially minded with excellent communication skills; enterprising, ambitious and entrepreneurial; confident, persuasive and enthusiastic; positive and pragmatic; tenacious; with a professional manner and a high level of integrity. Above all else, we’re looking for the ability to react dynamically and proactively to business opportunities as they present themselves.
The skill set
Results driven with exceptional attention to detail; good reasoning and analytic skills; proven commercial and negotiation skills. Knowledge of white label and API technology, affiliate marketing schemes and experience with SEO, PPC and HTML would be beneficial and experience working in the Live Entertainment or Leisure market would be advantageous though not essential.

Ingresso provides ticketing technology that benefits the suppliers and distributors of tickets such as venue & event box offices, theme parks & attractions, ticket agents, tour operators and event producers / promoters.
Using its TicketSwitch software, Ingresso connects the supplier’s ticket platform to sales distribution outlets at a reduced cost, enabling the supplier to retain control of inventory and customer base. The supplier is therefore able to reduce a significant proportion of their back office administration, whilst customers can purchase the tickets they want right up until just before the time of the event through whichever channel they normally access.
