Because you are the kind of smart, resourceful and creative person we are looking for, you will naturally excel in the following areas:

 

(1) Community Management
  • Understanding of the coworking market – clients, value drivers and trends
  • You will work alongside your team members to build a strong and engaged community of entrepreneurs and develop an ongoing schedule of events.
  • You will naturally look to help your members build connections with each other through personal introductions and you always take an active interest here. Thanks to your efforts, the existing community will never want to leave!
  • You will make sure that all members receive an awesome experience at Huckletree and you will continually innovate and implement new ideas to enhance the experience
  • You will work with your team to continually develop Huckletree’s presence and brand
  • You will constantly source new members to meet and exceed your monthly KPI targets. Prospecting, lead generation targeting heads of fast-paced + funded innovative startups; both based in London and abroad.
  • You will generate, track and manage all prospective sales and converted leads.
  • You know how to execute a kick-ass tour.
  • You will gather feedback from the community and act upon this insight.
  • You will naturally look to solve any member-related problems to ensure there is harmony in the community.
  • You will partner with and report effectively to the Management Team to ensure the growth of the company as a whole.
  • You will be trained to efficiently use our technology to ensure payment and correct KPI reporting. 

 

(2) Business Development/Startup Ecosystem:
  • You will form a network with other shared offices globally and share thoughts + ideas!
  • You will continually monitor local competition
  • You will always connect with startups, businesses, incubators, accelerators + VCs
  • You will attend events + NETWORK!

 

(3) Marketing:

  • You will work alongside our marketing team to:
  1. keep Huckletree at the centre of London’s startup/innovation ecosystem and effectively articulate our mission + values;
  2. Develop loyalty and customer retention programs;
  3. Manage and create content internally; and
  4. Design and optimize sales funnels, as well as nurture optimal memberships with existing members and customers.

 

 

Additional duties as assigned.

The Job

Salary/package: Salary is £20,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus an annual performance-related bonus and equity package.
