Hub Dot creates a space for authentic connections, using the concept of the Italian piazza (an open-air public plaza where people have engaged freely for centuries) as the catalyst to bring storytelling back to the center of society. It is about removing labels and replacing them with five colored Dots as a way of giving women the freedom to explore and start a conversation that begins with “What is your story?” and not, “What do you do?”. It’s a spark of inspiration and giving opportunity the chance to find you. From a simple coffee morning in 2012 with 98 women, Hub Dot has grown to an incredible 13,000 women across 11 cities around the world. The opportunity lies in harnessing the power of this movement into a global business, creating a world-renown ecosystem for women, both physically and digitally. As Product Manager, you will be leading product development and responsible for increasing engagement with new and existing users, and supporting growth initiatives from the marketing and data team.
