TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help to set-up structure and team for successfully operating ACR in Europe
Build-up and lead community management team with native speakers of all game languages (English and German for the start)
Build-up and lead customer support team, define workflow and customer support strategy
Be the main interface between publishing operation and development team, manage feedback reports, coordinate patch and update cycles with dev team etc.
Manage payment providers and develop anti-fraud strategies together with payment experts and development team
Develop and install customer retention tools and mechanics
Work with community management and game masters to create ongoing in-game events and other activities
Co-ordinate roll-out and maintenance of international language versions of ACR
Work closely with Product Management in order to constantly improve the game as well as develop and release new content
Co-ordinate all operational processes with the US team

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the field of operating online games, preferably with an emphasis on free-to-play and social network environments
Experience of creating and running successful community management teams and programs
Good knowledge of technical requirements and tools for operating massively multiplayer online games
Experience of planning and developing customer retention programs
Highly customer service oriented
Self-motivated and extremely organised
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Strong relationship building and influencing skills
Ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations
