We are growing our sales team at Droplet and are looking for ambitious sales people who want to help us continue to succeed.
You will be approaching independent retailers from all sectors and identifying the decision maker to discuss the Droplet proposition. We’re looking for people who are willing to be persistent, and inquisitive enough to learn and adapt on the move. This is not your average sales job in an office: you will be out and about most days cultivating your own beautiful network of passionate and committed independent retailers.
Attitude is more important than experience, although previous experience in telesales or retail sales would be an advantage. You will be given full product training, and full support as you progress merchants to come on board. It is absolutely essential that you are a self-starter, are able to build relationships quickly, have the tenacity to carry on, and are meticulous in getting things done.
Many of our staff start their Droplet journey in a sales role. As the company grows you could join our internal sales team, account management team, and more. In short: if you can prove yourself in sales, you could go anywhere within the company.
