Dovetail is looking for a Production Support Analyst (Java, Oracle) to support our global and growing client base. With responsibility for Incident and Problem management for mission critical Java-based software you will be the “go-to” point for our global customer base. A natural communicator, you will be responsible for all support issues, problem solving directly with our clients. Frequent written and timely correspondence with external customers will be required as is the use of Service Management tools and methodologies. You will even have the opportunity to gain your ITIL V3 Foundation as part of your training. There is frequent contact with colleagues across the business, but specifically with business analysts, the team lead and developers.
he ideal candidate is responsible for critical thinking, root-cause analysis, triaging of issues and overall production support analysis. You will possess a high level of commitment in carrying out the Company’s vision, mission and values.
