Customer Success Managers

You will be working for CurrencyTransfer.com as Customer Success Managers

Join our FinTech rocket ship! At CurrencyTransfer.com, we are seeking outgoing, driven and detail-oriented Junior Customer Success Managers to join our rapidly growing team based in our London Victoria office
Key Responsibilities:
* Convert inbound accounts by introducing the CurrencyTransfer marketplace
* Review ways to increase CurrencyTransfer service adoption amongst clients
* Ensure our trading clients have allocated beneficiaries correctly and work with clients who may encounter settlement difficulties
* Help clients to correctly pass verification and ‘Anti Money Laundering’
* Encourage positive customer references
* Rather than be an out and out salesperson, you build relationships
* Help new prospects on live chat
* Occasional travel to events and exhibitions with our sales team
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Mission orientated candidate, energised by making customers happy
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience. Previous experience in customer success or inside sales
* Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of professionalism
* Ability to easily develop relationships with new people
* Ability to multi-task and handle matters with no supervision
* Strong organisational skills
* Experience with CRM systems
