UK Technical Support Representative

Today, we’re taking that commitment to a new level by hiring a UK Tech Support Representative. This part-time employee will work remotely with our customer-facing team (Sales, Professional Services, Account Management, and Support) to create the best user experience possible in the UK, EU, and the Middle East/Africa. If you are passionate about crafting a role for yourself at a highly successful, forward-thinking tech company – all while maintaining the flexibility of a part-time schedule – we want to talk to you.


  • Respond to inquiries by all customers in the UK, EU, and Middle East
  • Qualify, follow, and manage leads, while keeping our customer database updated
  • Explain product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to prospective customers
  • Manage incoming technical product support requests (technical, functional, or billing)
  • Monitor our trouble-ticket database to ensure speedy response to all requests
  • Work with other departments to research and resolve customer issues
  • Lead web-based training sessions and webinars

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
  • Top-notch communication skills (phone, written, oral, in-person)
  • Technically adept; general knowledge of business software applications
  • Highly entrepreneurial; thrives as an independent worker, quick learner, and self-starter
  • Prior successful sales, lead qualification skills a plus
  • French or German language skills a plus
