Cirrico Solutions is a startup cloud technology business based in Paddington, London, looking for an Account Executive to join a small team to drive new sales and business development opportunities.
We provide professional business services to customers predominantly in the UK and overseas focussing on the Salesforce platform (leading PaaS, SaaS company), including implementation of Salesforce cloud solutions, consultancy and support. The Salesforce products we focus on include Sales Cloud - a cloud CRM Solution to help sales teams and managers track and develop sales, Service Cloud - cloud software to help customers better service their customers, Marketing Cloud - cloud based marketing automation solution and the Salesforce Platform - cloud based custom development platform for developing custom web applications.
The role will be based primarily at 2 Kingdom Street, Paddington, W2 6BD with standard working hours of 08:00-18:00. Our offices are modern, easily accessible, have great local amenities and provide a great place to work. We accommodate a flexible working arrangement, and can consider candidates looking for part-time or partly home based/remote work, though we expect the majority of your time to be spent in our Paddington offices. You will also be required to visit customer sites (mainly Central London) for sales meetings and business development purposes. All travel expenses are covered if you are required to work in a location other than Paddington.
As an Account Executive, you should be someone who is tech-savvy, great at communicating with customers and understanding their business, processes and needs, interested in technology/software, inherently curious and quick to learn. Experience with Salesforce as a solution is not required though any exposure/knowledge about CRM tools/cloud software/sales processes and key terms would be beneficial. We will provide ongoing training as required to ensure you have the skills necessary to deliver your responsibilities, and we rank attitude and cultural fit above experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse due to the startup nature of the business, with a focus on business development. This includes identifying new business opportunities, managing prospect customers through the sales pipeline, presenting our services (mainly via phone or screen sharing calls) to prospect customers. As the business grows, there will be opportunities to increase salary, take on additional responsibilities and increase focus on either sales/sales management, or technical knowledge.
