About the Brand Embassy

Brand Embassy helps brands to show that they care about their customers online. We provide an easy-to-use tool for Monitoring, identification, engagement and measuring consumer satisfaction of customers online.

In August 2011 we launched Brand Embassy with the initial release of our software, after extensive user testing, client feedback and sleepless nights we will release the second version of our vastly improved cloud based software in March 2012. We are well established in the CEE region with some of Europe’s largest brands as our clients. We are now looking to establish a branch in London, to do so we are seeking a; UK Country Manager

Key responsibilities

The Brand Embassy UK Country Manager will be the key representative of the Brand Embassy in the UK. You will report directly to the company’s top management in Prague, Czech Republic.

You will be responsible for establishing the Brand Embassy, increasing awareness of the Brand Embassy and the industry as a whole while ensuring absolute customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the development and advancement of the Brand Embassy in the UK, you will be required to identify market potential, create and manage a local team, build partnerships with local companies and leverage and expand your personal network through playing an active role at conferences, exhibitions and various networking events.

Over time you will play a central role in developing the driving the UK market and ensure continuous improvements in productivity and quality.

Requirements

We are looking for a self starter with an entrepreneurial flair, our ideal candidate conquers projects through solid structure, effortless leadership, co-operation and their extensive professional network.

Our ideal candidate will have extensive B2B sales experience in either the software or customer service industry, as well as;

Broad knowledge and experience of the local market
3+ years experience in B2B sales
Native English speaking (other European languages are an advantage, but not required)
Experience leading multi-disciplinary and highly skilled teams

We Offer

This is a management position in an early phase tech start up with an already proven concept. You will be the driving force for the UK operations with a direct link to top management, this a position of importance and great responsibility but it also comes with freedom and independence.
