BookingBug is hiring

Marketing Intern

You will be working for BookingBug as Marketing Intern

About the placement

As part of the marketing function at BookingBug your role as a placement intern will be to work alongside the Head of Marketing, supporting the team as they develop and execute key marketing strategies, plans and tactics. The role will span campaigns and activities focussed on all of our key markets.

As a start-up with a team of 26, the company is agile, fast moving and growing quickly. This means that during your placement you will be able to gain real business and marketing experience, take on real responsibilities and run real campaigns. During your time with us you will add genuine value to the company and leave us at the end of your placement, being able to see exactly how your work and skills have helped grow our business.

This is a real job with real responsibilities from the very start, where you’ll be able to harness skills learned during your degree to date, learn new skills on the job and develop within a team.

There is also opportunity to become involved in the strategic development of BookingBug’s marketing plans as the company continues to grow and explore new routes to market, so a proactive, create can-do approach to idea generation and implementation is essential.

This is a full time, paid position.

• Social media & community management

• Blog & newsletter development

• Public relations

• Events & shows

If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch with us with some information about you, your degree course and experience, why you’re the perfect applicant for this role – as well as your CV and any links to blogs/social media pages/previous work or University projects that you would like to share with us.
